Holland Perdue

Holland Perdue brings a background in public leadership, community engagement, and strategic communications shaped by years of service in Rocky Mount, Virginia. A graduate of Franklin County High School and Virginia Tech, Holland later earned his Juris Doctor from the Appalachian School of Law. He has built a reputation for thoughtful leadership, clear messaging, and a practical understanding of how public trust is shaped through consistent communication.

Before being elected Mayor of Rocky Mount in 2022, Holland served as Chair of the Rocky Mount Board of Zoning Appeals, where he developed a collaborative, solutions-focused approach to leadership and public decision making. As Mayor, he has focused on economic development, infrastructure planning, community partnerships, and strengthening relationships between local government, businesses, and residents.

In addition to public service, Holland has remained closely connected to the region’s small business community through mentorship, collaboration, and advocacy for local economic growth. His experience navigating public leadership, community relations, and high-visibility public issues brings a valuable perspective to Ironclad Social’s work with organizations, businesses, and leadership teams.

At Ironclad Social, Holland works with clients to clarify messaging, strengthen organizational credibility, and build communication systems rooted in consistency, trust, and long-term positioning.
